Outage Information

There’s a saying at Pee Dee Electric: “When the lights go out, so do we!” Crews work around the clock to restore power. Please read below to find out how you can help in the process and the order of a power restoration. You'll also find information showing how power is restored after a major outage.

If you have an outage, we are able to identify your location and dispatch crews to the correct area. However, if we don't have your correct phone number(s), the system will not be able to work properly. This could mean delays in restoring your power. Your help is needed to make sure our records remain up to date. Providing estimated restoration times and reduced outage duration averages due to prioritizing greatly improves member satisfaction.
