Why do I have to pay a $5.00 membership fee?
We are a cooperative that is owned by the members we serve; therefore, to be a member a membership fee is required.

What are the requirements for building a new service, and how long does it take?
If you are currently not a member of the cooperative, you need to come in and open an account with us. Then an Engineer will go out to the site within 2-3 days to stake the property, after which it will take 7-10 working days to build the service.
