Connecting a Service

  • Anyone connecting service with PDEC is required to pay a one-time $5.00 membership fee.  The membership fee is refunded when the member no longer has an active service with the Cooperative.
  • Deposits are based on twelve (12) months average usage at the service location. 
  • Online Utility Check - to sign up for service over the telephone, PDEC will do an Online Utility Check.  With a qualifying credit score the deposit requirement can be waived.
  • All business accounts are required to pay a deposit.

Disconnecting a Service

  • Only the member can request disconnection of a service.
